Garden Day at Stellenbosch Provincial Hospital (Friday and Saturday)
Join us for a volunteer morning at the Stellenbosch Provincial Hospital! This event will be contributing to our ongoing work at this site. Get your hands dirty while giving back to a community in need.
What to expect:
- An introduction to Greenpop's Urban Greening work and an overview of the Stellenbosch Provincial Hospital project.
- A fun warmup activity and some important information for the planting process.
- Planting indigenous plants and trees, laying down compost and mulch, land shaping with boulders and more!
- We’ll provide a cooling refreshment in the middle!
What to bring:
- Dress weather-appropriate and ready to get dirty!
- Water bottle
- Gardening gloves (if you would like to)
- Sun hat (in case)
