Our Projects

Greenpop is committed to translating our philosophy of optimistic environmentalism into tangible action. Every project, partnership, and decision is guided by hope and creativity, ensuring we continuously contribute to a thriving, resilient planet.

Our approach

What we do

Through dedicated collaboration and hands-on action, we drive tangible environmental change across four key focus areas:

Landscape Restoration

We restore and protect ecosystems across Sub-Saharan Africa. Using a bioregional approach, we weave together ecological restoration and sustainable development to heal both people and the planet.

Urban Greening

We turn grey spaces green. By implementing Nature-based Solutions (NbS), we reclaim urban landscapes to improve climate resilience and dismantle the "green divide" in our cities.

How we do it

To ensure our work is both permanent and effective, every Greenpop initiative follows a rigorous three-phase project lifecycle. This ensures impact is measured from initial vision through to long-term learning.

01

Development

We map key stakeholders and collaborate to define a shared vision, a robust strategy, and a clear Theory of Change.

02

Implementation

We bring plans to life. Our team rolls up their sleeves to deliver impactful work, transforming strategies into tangible, on-the-ground results.

03

MERL

We don't just work and walk away. We assess impact through active MERL to support adaptive decision-making and contribute to global conservation knowledge.

Our impact

Our commitment to transparency and results is reflected in our achievements to date. These figures represent the collective effort of our global community of donors, partners, and volunteers.
