Reforest Fest

Thank you for coming and see you in 2028!

The ultimate restoration celebration.

Since 2011, this has been Greenpop’s flagship event. It’s a four-day immersive experience where environmental stewardship meets a vibrant celebration of life. Gather your green-hearted friends for a weekend of growth, music, and community.

Reforest Fest 2026 took place over the Easter Weekend. Our next Reforest Fest will be in 2028.

What is Reforest Fest?

More than just a music festival, Reforest Fest is a call to action. It is a dynamic gathering that blends arts, culture, and music with active reforestation efforts.

Whether you’re here for the beats, the workshops, or the trees, you’re part of a global movement moving from climate anxiety to agency. It’s a space for all ages to connect with the planet and each other.

More about Reforest Fest

We’re planting trees, together

While the festivities run all weekend, Saturday morning puts the "Reforest" in "Reforest Fest." The music pauses as the entire festival community heads to the field to plant between 5,000 and 10,000 indigenous trees together.

It’s a powerful, hands-on highlight that sets Reforest Fest apart. By participating in this collective effort, you contribute to Greenpop's year-round Uilenkraal Forest Restoration Project, helping to rejuvenate degraded forest patches, enhance biodiversity, and create resilient ecosystems for the future.

And dancing under the stars

Our 2026 headliners were incredible. From brass-filled energy to soulful rhythms, these artists joined us in the forest to celebrate the age of restoration:
Nomadic Orchestra
Crimson House
Siso Nkambule
